WINTER performance camp

GrindMode performance camps will address overall sport performance for athletes, including dynamic movement, upper and lower body strength, as well as speed and agility. Camp is for age 9+ and will be broken up into skill levels.

DAY 1: Speed/Agility

DAY 2: Functional Mobility

DAY 3: Strength

 Age 9+: 8-9am
